Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated below.
Because space is limited and preparation is required, we do not offer refunds for missed sessions or no-shows.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may request a credit toward a future Apex Grounding session (no cash refunds).
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are not eligible for refunds or credits.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice is considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund or credit.
Transfers
With at least 24 hours notice, you may transfer your ticket to another person or roll your booking to a future session. Contact us to arrange a transfer.
Event Changes
If a session is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive the option of:
- A full refund, or
- A credit toward a future session
Health & Participation
- By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate.
- Participation is voluntary, and you may stop at any time.
